Wings Capital Partners has closed the acquisition of a nine-aircraft portfolio.
The aircraft have been purchased with the equity support of Two Sigma Private Investments,Wings’ founding investor, and an investment fund managed by Corrum Capital Management, which is partnering with Wings for the first time.
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) has provided debt financing for eight of the aircraft under a $275 million secured loan facility. CA-CIB acted as sole underwriter and sole arranger.
DVB Bank is providing a term loan for the remaining aircraft. (deal ID 6091)
