Financial Products Group (PFG) and FPG Amentum have signed a limited recourse loan with Deutsche Bank to fund the acquisition of one 737-800 (MSN 40259) from CDB Leasing.
The aircraft is operated by flydubai. Deutsche Bank acted as the agent and the sole lender on the transaction.
