GA Telesis has bought two Airbus A320s for part out from Sunrise Asset Management, a subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company.
The company will harvest components from the aircraft to boost its inventory of parts derived from late-model in-production aircraft.
Both aircraft were manufactured in 1996. They were leased from GECAS to China Eastern until 1999, at which point both were bought by Sunrise Asset Management and operated by Allegiant Air.
