On March 2015, ALC increased the aggregate capacity of its Syndicated Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility by $210.0 million to $2.3 billion. The facility continues to accrue interest at a rate of LIBOR plus 1.25% on drawn balances and includes a 0.25% facility fee.
The Syndicated Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility was settled in May 2012 for the amount of $853m;
The facility was previously increased in July 2012 by $90m, in November 2012 by $100m, in May 2013 by $607m, in November 2013 by $300m and in May 2014 by $100m
