On 8th of August 2016, ALC increased the Syndicated unsecured credit facility with $35.0 million

The Syndicated Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility was settled in May 2012 for the amount of $853m;
The facility was previously increased in July 2012 by $90m, in November 2012 by $100m, in May 2013 by $607m, in November 2013 by $300m, in May 2014 by $100m, in March 2015 by $90m, in May 2015 by $350m and in May 2015 by $350m

Effective October 17, 2016, the pricing of the unsecured revolving credit facility has been further reduced to LIBOR plus 1.05% with a 0.20% facility fee as a result of the upgraded investment grade corporate credit rating of 'BBB' obtained from S&P
