On May 30, 2014, AeroCentury upsized its Credit facility from $130 million to $150 million, with an accordion feature of $30 million . The maturity date of the credit facility was extended to May 30, 2019 and Cathay Bank was added as a new participant to the lender syndicate. Union Bank, N.A. will continue to act as agent bank under the Loan Agreement. The borrowings under the Loan Agreement are secured by a first priority lien in all of the Company's assets, including its aircraft portfolio.
