Vueling, the Spanish low cost carrier and subsidiary of IAG, has closed a sale and leaseback deal for five narrowbody aircraft. The narrowbodies include one Airbus A320, three A321s and one A320neo. The A320 delivered earlier this month, the three A321s deliver in the first half of 2017 and the A320neo delivers in the first quarter of 2018. All of the aircraft will be leased from Standard Chartered for 10 years each.
Update: The a/c number for delivery was 5. But two of the A321 were cancelled.
