GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing has closed a sale leaseback agreement for three Boeing 737-800s with Air Europa.

Two aircraft are placed in KGAL’s Aircraft Portfolio Fund 1 (APF 1) for German institutional investors. The other aircraft is financed with GOAL equity. GOAL, a renowned expert in managing aircraft assets, will be the asset manager as well as re-marketing agent for the aircraft. All three aircraft will be delivered to Air Europa in 2017 and are financed with NordLB as senior lender.
