SunExpress closed financing on two Boeing 737-800s deliveries in March.
The bank provided bilateral term loan to SunExpress for both deliveries, MSNs 61176 and 61333, which represent the first two in a six-aircraft batch that the Turkish carrier will take delivery of this year.
Norton Rose Fulbright acted as counsel to the lender whilst Holman Fenwick Willan acted as counsel to the carrier.
SunExpress, the joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, issued a request for proposals (RFP) to finance Boeing 737NGs last December.
