Icelandair | Unsecured notes | 02-17 | $40m

Icelandair Group hf. has successfully completed a subsequent issue of bonds in the amount of USD 40 million under the terms of its senior unsecured bonds. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The issuance, which has a five-year term to 2021, is up to a maximum of $300 million. Following the issue, the total nominal amount outstanding under the Bonds will be USD 190 million. In its prospectus dated 21 December, Icelandair group says it may choose not to issue the full amount of the bonds on the first issue date and may issue the remaining amount of bonds at one or more subsequent dates.

Pareto Securities AB acted as Sole Bookrunner on the subsequent issue. The initial bond was placed at a coupon of three-month Libor plus 3.5%.
