MDT (as a managing company) completed the long term finance leasing of a new Virgin Atlantic B787-9, MSN 37971, with a subsidiary of BOCOM Leasing (Jin Shan 6 Ireland Company Limited).

Jin Shan 6 Ireland Company Limited financed the purchase of the a/c with a combination of:
 -> $90 million senior loan provided by Bank of Communications, carrying a floating rate of LIBOR plus 1,4% due 30 June 2025; and
 -> $36 million junior loan provided by JY Aviation, carrying a fixed rate of 4% due 26 June 2031;

The interest charged on the lease is fixed at 6,21%
