Two subsidiaries of AerCap have priced $600 million worth of 3.5% senior notes due 2022, the Dublin-based lessor said in a statement.
The notes issued by AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap and “certain other subsidiaries of the company”.
The issuers intend to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Citigroup Global Markets; Goldman, Sachs & Co.; J.P. Morgan Securities; and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith are serving as joint book running managers for the underwritten public offering.
