Palma Ibdar Aviation has financed one Dash8-Q400 with 25% equity and 75% debt. The owner of the aircraft is Ibdar Bank (Bahrain), Palma Holding Ltd (Dubai), and private investors.
Export Development Canada provided the debt with 4.20% interest rate. The debt benefits from a Sovereign Guarantee from the State of Rwanda. Republic of Rwanda as guarantor. African Trade Insurance Agency as Insurer. The a/c is further leased to RwandAir. Quarterly finance payments account to 466 025 USD and are fixed.
