Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer has issue senior unsecured notes with a 10-year term for general corporate purposes, including pre-funding debt maturities.
The $750 million notes, which were issued Embraer Netherlands Finance BV are unconditionally guaranteed by Embraer.
The unsecured notes priced at 5.4% a coupon with a spread to benchmark treasury at 287.7 basis points.
Fitch assigned a 'BBB-' rating to the proposed 2027 senior unsecured notes, while Standard & Poor’s assigned a ‘BBB’ rating.
BB Securities, JP Morgan and Santander act as joint book-running managers in the transaction.
The 10-year unsecured transaction matures on 1 February 2027.
