Trident Jet (Jersey) Ltd., a sister company of UK-based lessor Falko Regional Aircraft, has ordered four more Bombardier CRJ900s for lease to Irish regional CityJet, in an order valued at $183.9 million, based on list prices. Bombardier also revealed that Trident Jet was the previously unidentified customer that signed a firm purchase agreement for eight CRJ900 aircraft and six options announced in October 2015. This order exercised four of those options. The four CRJs, bearing MSNs:15425, 15426, 15428 and 15429, operate under wet lease in the Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) network from spring 2017. The lease terms are 6 years per each a/c.

in addition to this, on 24 of January CityJet announced the acquisition of Cimber A/S, the Copenhagen-based subsidiary of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS).
