AerDragon | PDP financing | 01-14 | $40m | 10x737-800 | Transaction

In January 2014 AerDragon entered into a co-operation agreement with CAS for the financing of the predelivery paymanets with respect of ten 737-800 aircraft. The financing amounted to $40.0 million. CAS owns 50% of AerDragon. The interecompany loan is charged at LIBOR plus margin ranging between 1.4% and 2.1% and was repaid to CAS upod delivery of the aircraft.
