TISCO Tokyo Leasing Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation, decided today to issue baht-denominated unsecured bonds (3-year bonds) in the Thai market under the following terms and conditions. This is TTL’s third bond issuance in Thailand, following the issuance in September 2013 and March 2015. TTL is a joint venture between TC-Lease and the TISCO Financial Group Pcl., a holding company with TISCO Bank Public Co., Ltd., Thailand’s leading bank.
Guarantor: Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation
Total amount of issue: THB1 billion (approximately JPY3.2 billion)
Coupon payment dates: March 17 and September 17 of each year
