AviaAM Financial Leasing China has signed sale and leaseback agreement with Aeroflot ,covering eight ex-factory Airbus A320/A321 aircraft.

The aircraft are on lease to Aeroflot for 12 years each.

Baker Botts acted for Aeroflot and DLA Piper acted for AviaAM Financial Leasing China. King & Wood Mallesons Beijing and Hong Kong acted as lead, People's Republic of China (PRC) and English law counsel for CDB.
