Dutch part-out company Aircraft End-of-life Solutions (AELS) is disassembling an Airbus A340-300 it acquired from German Operating Aircraft Leasing (GOAL).
AELS says the A340-300 is its first disassembly project at Twente airport.
The unit, MSN 169, was previously operated by Swiss International Airlines (Swiss), according to Airfinance Journal’s Fleet Tracker.
The A340-300 was initially delivered to Austrian Airlines in April 1997, and was leased to Swiss from 2007.
