China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) has acquired two used Boeing 737-900ER aircraft with lease attached from BOC Aviation.

The two aircraft are estimated to deliver to the lessor by the end of the third quarter, according to a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Hong Kong-based lessor will purchase the aircraft through two of its wholly-owned special purpose vehicles. It says the aggregate current full-life market value of the aircraft (obtained from an independent appraiser) is approximately $90 million.
