ASL used loan facilities provided by Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”) for the purposes of completing the acquisition by ASL of TNT Airways NV/SA and Pan Air Líneas Aéreas.
ASL secured a 27 aircraft portfolio, which were owned by six different ASL group entities incorporated in Ireland, Bermuda, Switzerland and France.
